Client data we process
When we run ads, tracking, websites or AI tools for clients, we may process their customers' data on the client's behalf. In that case the client decides how the data is used, and we follow their instructions and a written data processing agreement where needed.

We work from Bangladesh and the United States, and our providers may store data in other countries. When we transfer personal data, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses where required.
How long we keep data
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Enquiry data is usually kept for up to 24 months. Client and billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require.
