Agreement
These terms apply to your use of digiil.com and to services provided by Digiil, Uttara, Dhaka-1230, Bangladesh. By using our website or signing a proposal with us, you agree to these terms. A signed proposal or statement of work may add specific terms, and if they conflict, the signed document wins.
Our services
We provide digital marketing, SEO, web and app development, tracking, creative and AI services as described in each proposal. We will deliver the agreed work with care and skill, using experienced specialists.
Results
We set clear goals and work hard to reach them, but marketing results depend on many things outside our control, such as platforms, competition and market changes. Unless a proposal says otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee specific rankings, sales or returns. Case studies show past results and are not a promise of future results.
Your responsibilities
- Give us timely access to accounts, information and approvals we need.
- Make sure content and materials you give us are yours to use and are lawful.
- Pay ad platform spend directly or as agreed in your proposal.
- Review and approve work within the agreed timelines.
Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedules and currencies are set out in each proposal. Monthly services are billed in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days unless agreed otherwise. Late payments may pause work. Ad spend is separate from our fees unless stated.
Term and cancellation
Most monthly services run month to month after an initial onboarding period stated in the proposal. Either side can end a monthly service with 30 days' written notice. Project work, such as a website build, is billed by milestone, and completed milestones are not refundable.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you, such as designs, code, content and creatives, plus your ad accounts, analytics and data. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and know-how, and may use general learnings to improve our services. We may show your logo and non-confidential results in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality
We keep your confidential information private and use it only to deliver our services. We are happy to sign a separate NDA.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Digiil is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Use of our website
Content on digiil.com is for general information. Do not copy it for commercial use without permission, try to break our site or use it for unlawful purposes. Links to other sites are for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction, unless a signed proposal states otherwise. We will always try to solve any issue by talking first.
